This true one-of-a-kind necklace is handmade from natural gemstones and sterling silver, combining the beauty of nature with the elegance of precious metals. I chose a gorgeous, large Crazy Lace Agate (Mexican Lace Agate) and created this pendant in .999 fine silver and .925 sterling silver. I've carefully sawn out and soldered all of the parts of the pendant, including the handwritten word JOY on the back to serve as a reminder to look for joy in every moment in this journey of life. Crazy Lace Agate, found in a specific region of Mexico, aka Mexican Agate, is believed to be a stone of happiness, and hey, who couldn't use more of that?

•  Pendant, including dangle, measures 2 3/8" (60mm) long, including the bail, & slightly over 1" (27mm) at the widest part.
• The gemstones are Crazy Lace Agate (from the Chihuahua Region, Mexico) and Hessonite Garnet (India) and are responsibly sourced .
• Oxidized finish with brushed highlights.
• Solid Sterling Silver Chain length is available in 16", 18", 20", 22"  with an S-clasp closure. (American manufactured chain with handmade clasp).  Please leave a note at checkout with chain length.

About: 

• All pieces are slowly and carefully handcrafted in my studio in the Buffalo National River Wilderness, located in the Boston Mountains of the Ozarks.  Each piece is unique and may contain the slight imperfections that you would expect with a handcrafted item. Perfectly imperfect!

• As with all handmade jewelry, please be mindful to take care of it. It should not be worn in the shower, while cleaning, gardening, during strenuous activities such as sports, or in the water.

• The sun, heat, lotions and chemicals can affect stones negatively. Clean silver (not stones) with a gentle polishing cloth, especially for jewelry (Sunshine polishing cloth is recommended).
